unknown-section holds each level-3 heading to the vocabulary and never compares one heading to another, so two ### Added under one entry passed every check, each with its own list below it. Nothing in the register was about the shape of an entry, only about the spelling of its parts.

That is the shape a rebase leaves where it replays a bullet into an entry that already carries the section it belongs under, and it is what a reviewer caught by reading rather than by running the linter.

duplicate-section at error, and the release that ships it. Nineteen checks.

Minor rather than major, on this repository's own precedent: 1.1.0 shipped undated-entry at error and 1.2.0 shipped three more. A consumer can see it: a document carrying two sections of one name was green and is now a finding, on a file nobody edited.
