Delete branch "fix-release"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When a tag is pushed, Forgejo inserts its own release row for that tag asynchronously. The 1.5.0 release request raced that insert and failed on the unique tag constraint with a 500; the same request succeeds once the row exists. 1.5.0 itself was completed by hand from its tag: binaries, notes, assets, then v1 moved.
