      under the same entry already carries      , at error. unknown-section holds
      each heading to the vocabulary but never compares one to another, so two
      ### Added headings under one entry parsed clean, each with its own list
      below it. That is the shape a rebase leaves where it replays a bullet into an
      entry already carrying the section it belongs under. Nineteen checks.
